Wooga owns and operates several games which can be played via app, social media integration (such as Facebook), or website. When you download and play one of our games via an app, visit our websites, or use our other Services, we collect information about you. Most of this information comes directly from you or your device. We collect this information to create your account and facilitate gameplay, enable in-game purchases, and provide technical support. We also collect this information for other purposes as explained in this Privacy Notice.
The information we collect may include information such as your email address and other personal details that you provide to us. It also includes technical information about the device you use, such as the type of device you are using and your IP address. In addition, it may include information about your gameplay, such as the level you have reached in a game. We may also receive some information from third parties, such as your profile picture and name if you log in to a Wooga game via Facebook or another platform.

Generally, we collect information directly from you, though there are some third parties who may provide us with information with your permission, and we also collect some information automatically when you use our Services. We also collect information to allow you to connect and communicate with friends on our app, tailor advertising to your interests, and to operate, improve, and optimize our Services, Events, and marketing activities. Wooga will only collect and use your information when the law permits. There are different lawful bases for us to collect and use information, depending on the laws that apply to you based on where you live and use Wooga Services from. Account Registration and Maintenance
We may use information to set up and register an account in our games or sign-in to create an account with different methods. We may also use information to manage your account, such as securing your account, verifying your identity, and enabling its functionality.
Account information (including both social media integration and accounts directly with Wooga) is also used to maintain the security and cross-platform and/or devices use of our Services.
Gameplay
We use information to enable us to optimize and provide our games to you. This includes using information about your gameplay and purchases to tailor our games to you, which may be in the form of in-game gifts, promotions, and features in the game. We use those parameters because we believe they play a significant role in determining (for example) your level of engagement with our games. We also use your information in aggregate with other users who have similar backgrounds or gameplay. This is to ensure that all players are having an enjoyable and optimal experience.
We also use your information to track your progress and may share it with third parties so that we and/or they can provide you with rewards and incentives that are relevant and of interest to you and your gameplay.
In-Game Purchases
We use information about payments made through our payment processors to process your payment and credit your account with virtual items that you have purchased.
Customer Support and Account Management
We may use information to provide support to you directly, or to assist with more general support deployed across the Service, such as bug fixes. If you provide us with information via a service ticket, our support team will use this to assist you.
We may also use information about your account to enhance your experience with Wooga, including allocating you an Account Manager. Account Managers may use information that you provide to assist with business management, including taking your feedback on Wooga games, new features, and your gameplay experience. They may also use this information to invite you to Events.
Social Features and Chat Functions
Some of our games have social features and chat functions. We may process information to enable these functions and enable you to connect with your family and friends. Some of the information we collect or process may be provided by third-party platforms, such as Facebook. Advertising
We may use information to assist with integrating advertising into our games that feature adverts. We may also share your information with third parties, such as our advertising partners, to assist with the functionality and targeting of adverts. Events
Any information collected at our Events may be used to assist us with the planning of future Events, our promotional activities, or your account manager's interactions with you.
Business Management
We may use information about you and your gameplay to assist with our business management and planning. For example, this gives us indications of how users interact with our Service and how Wooga can develop and improve our games and marketing activities.
To provide you with our Services, we may share information about you between and among Wooga’s affiliated companies including our ultimate parent company, Playtika Holding Corp., and its subsidiaries, or with our business partners for analytics, marketing, and other business purposes. Some information about you may also be accessed by other users on our Services, such as the information on your player profile.
You may choose to disclose information about yourself when using our Services when contributing to or accessing chat rooms, blogs, message boards, player profiles, or similar functionalities. Some of these features may also include integration with third-party sites or services to enable you to communicate with other players (such as via private message or email).
Any information you provide via these features, including photos and videos, may potentially be accessed, read, watched, collected, and used by Wooga and our users. Wooga is not responsible for any of the information that you choose to make public or share in your account. To enable some of the social features of our Service, you may be able to import or manually enter information about your friends and family, so that you can connect with them on our Services or invite them to use the Services.
Some social features available when you play, register, or log-in via a social media account, may share details of your Wooga activity like gameplay, name, and profile photo with your social media account connections or friends. Similarly, if you use our Service in response to an invitation from another player via social media, that player may see information about you and your gameplay, such as when you joined and the levels you have achieved.
In many of the Wooga games, other players of the game may be able to see details about your gameplay, communicate with you, and access your user profile and the information that is available on it. Other players may be able to send you game requests or social media account requests, if you choose to integrate any of your social media accounts and/or Wooga communication channels.
Wooga uses unaffiliated companies to support the Service we provide, for example, to assist us with processing payments, analysing information, optimizing gameplay and enhancing player experience, email delivery, hosting services, event services, security services, and managing and delivering contextual and tailored advertisements.
In the event that Wooga or our affiliated companies, including our ultimate parent company Playtika Holding Corp. and its subsidiaries, seek or undergo restructuring of any kind, including the sale, purchase, merger with and/or acquisition by another company, of any Wooga asset, we may disclose relevant information we have to the other organizations involved in the transition. We will make reasonable efforts to let you know if this occurs and how it impacts your information to the extent required by law.
We may also publish aggregated and analytical information (information about you and other players collectively that is not intended to specifically identify any individual player, for example, players between the ages of 25 and 50 who live in the USA) and other anonymized information about our players. We do this to allow for industry analysis, demographic profiling, marketing, analytics, advertising, and other business purposes.

If you are playing via a third-party platform, such as a social media platform, clicking on an advert may redirect you to a third-party platform which is no longer hosted by the social media provider or Wooga.

Depending on where you live and access our Services from, you may have a right in relation to opting out of tailored third-party advertising. In such cases, if you wish to opt out of tailored third-party advertising, you can disable these tailored adverts in the settings of our apps .
You may also opt out of tailored advertising by adjusting the advertising tracking settings on your device(s). This can be done by resetting the advertising identifier on your device (such as the IDFA), or you may be able to download apps, such as the Digital Advertising Alliance’s AppChoices app, that may assist you in controlling the collection and use of cross-app information for tailored advertising.
Third-party opt-out tools, such as the AppChoices app, are independently operated and owned. Wooga does not control, operate, or endorse these tools or the choices that advertisers and others provide through these tools. They are listed here only as a convenience for players.
Wooga does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" signals on any of the platforms that run our Services.
Please note that you may still receive advertisements from Wooga (and third parties within Wooga’s games), even if you opt out of tailored advertising. However, these ads will not be tailored to you.
This section contains some further information about how we look after your information, including how we keep your information secure, how long we hold your information for, and the circumstances in which we may transfer your information internationally.

We reserve the right to amend the Privacy Notice from time to time, and encourage you to consult the Wooga Privacy Notice regularly for changes.
If we make any material changes to our Privacy Notice, we will let you know in an appropriate way. In accordance with the Terms of Service, you may not use the Service if you are under 18 years of age.
We are committed to complying with child protection laws and may use age gates to prevent children from accessing our Services. An age gate is a system that can be put in place to prevent users under a certain age from accessing apps and websites or to ensure different age groups get an appropriate experience. If you are playing a game with an age gate, a pop up will appear asking you to provide information about your age. This information is only used to verify you are old enough to play the game.
If you believe that your child has submitted any information to Wooga or is playing a Wooga game in breach of our Terms of Service and/or without your consent, please contact us at privacy@wooga.net. We will take reasonable steps to delete such information as soon as possible.
