At Wooga, we strive to provide our users with the best gaming experience by creating a fun, friendly, and welcoming environment in each of our games. To maintain your enjoyment of our games and services, and to help you understand what is appropriate and what is not when playing our games and using our services, we provide the following non-exhaustive list of game violations (which is an inherent part of the Wooga Terms of Service as listed on Wooga's website), which are examples of abusive or disrespectful behavior that we at Wooga do not endorse. If a user engages in any of the activities listed below, their account may be terminated, and they may be prohibited from using the game and our services
(a) Misconduct includes the following improper behaviors:
(i) Posting full names of users without their consent;
(ii) Impersonating a moderator/admin – Pretending to be someone else by posting in their name;
(iii) Behavior/language – Malicious behavior or use of defamatory language toward other users or Wooga representatives;
(iv) Imposter – Playing on a different individual’s account and falsely identifying oneself as that person.
(b) Harassment includes the irritation or torment of another user or Wooga representative as follows:
(i) Annoying (bullying, trolling, bothering) – Deliberate pestering of users within the game and creating a negative environment for an opponent via various "cheap" tactics;
(ii) Posting personal/account information of another user or yourself – The account responsible for the post will be permanently banned, and an email will be sent to the owner of the account explaining the issue. If the owner of the account can verify ownership and demonstrate that they did not publish the post,, the ban will be lifted. This policy has been implemented as a security measure. Posting of personal information includes sharing phone numbers, personal web pages, home addresses, IP addresses, or other personal information of yourself or others
(iii) Racism/hate mongering – Using political beliefs or passions of any kind to express hatred toward another user or a Wooga representative;
(iv) Heavy or explicit sexual language;
(v) Stalking – Unwanted or obsessive attention by a user or group of users toward an individual in the game.
(c) Trading/selling/scamming/spamming:
(i) Scamming – Fraudulent behavior to make a quick profit;
(ii) Spamming – Sending unsolicited messages to other users, especially advertising, as well as sending messages repeatedly, with the same content, to Wooga Customer Care teams or through chat platforms and fan page comments;
(iii) Promotion of scam activities – Help or encouragement of fraudulent behavior to make a quick profit;
(iv) Trading/selling any virtual items or game accounts – Exchange or transfer of virtual items, or any other in-game items or game accounts for money/credit(s)/coin(s)/any other monetary benefit;
(v) Ad promoting – To help or encourage the advancement of hack sites or other inappropriate sites.
(d) Benefit hacking/cheats – Taking advantage of a hacker’s exploit, cheats, mods, or similar:
(i) Abusing bugs/glitches – Using the flaw(s) in the game for personal gain, including, but not limited to chargeback dispute exploit, or refund exploit;
(ii) Making use of hacks/cheats – Actual use or distribution of hacks, cheats, mods, or similar;
(iii) Botting – Automated actions created to exploit the game or mislead users;
(iv) Hack-related chat – Providing/requesting hack or cheat information or phishing.
(e) Hacking – Circumvention of security and/or breaking into the game. All hacking will result in a permanent ban of the account.
Note: A user that is unaware of these violations may still be subject to the termination of their account.
This list of violations and applicable consequences is incorporated into and expressly forms part of, our Terms of Service.
