Are your games free to play?

Yes, our games do not require payment to download and play, but it allows you to purchase virtual items with real money inside the game, including random items. You can disable in-app purchases in your device’s settings.

Miscellaneous

I have a disability and I require accommodation during the recruiting process. Who can I ask this to?

When you are invited to your first call, please let your recruiter know via email about the accommodation you would need. We will treat it confidentially and will do our best to meet your needs.

I saw a position I like but I do not think I fit all the requirements. Should I apply anyway?

Yes, please! Here at Wooga, the desire to learn and the willingness to solve problems are more important to us than your experience on paper.

I see no job opening suitable for me. Can I send a speculative application via email?

We open new roles frequently, so please keep an eye on the website and do not hesitate to send us your application when you see something of interest.

We recommend not to apply via email - we receive a lot of applications and sending your details officially via our website ensures we have all the information we need and that you are not missed.

I sent my application! When will I receive a reply?

Awesome! Our Talent Acquisition team will review it and get back to you as soon as possible, ideally within two weeks. Please note that we receive a lot of applications for some roles and this can cause some delay. Can I apply to more than one role?

Yes, you can. However, we ask that you use your best judgment to apply only to roles that you believe could be a good fit for you.

I was rejected for a role. Can I apply again?

Absolutely! We are always happy to reconsider applications.

Do I need to relocate to Berlin? Do you support relocation?

Yes, in order to work at Wooga it is mandatory to either be based or be willing to relocate to Berlin. We will support your relocation to make it as smooth as possible for you and for your family. Check out our benefits page to learn more about it!

Do I need to speak German?

We are a very international studio and we usually do not require fluency in German. However, some positions still require some German knowledge due to the nature of the work. This includes, for instance, Office Management and Finance. If German is required, we always specify it in our job description.

Do you accept Internships and Schülerpraktika?

We open Internships and Working student roles frequently - You can find them in our Career Page. However, we are currently not offering Schülerpraktika (mandatory internships).
