Information We Collect
When you download and play one of our games via an app, visit our websites or use our other Services, we collect information about you. We collect this information to create your account and facilitate gameplay, enable in-game purchases, and provide technical support. We also collect this information for other purposes as explained in this Privacy Notice.
The information we collect may include information such as your email address and other personal details that you provide to us. It also includes technical information about the device you use, such as the type of device you are using and your IP address. In addition, it may include information about your gameplay, such as the level you have reached in a game. We may also receive some information from third parties, such as your profile picture and name if you log-in to a Wooga game via Facebook or another platform.
How do we collect your Information?
There are a variety of ways that we may collect information about you. Generally, we collect information directly from you, though there are some third parties who may provide us with information with your permission, and we also collect some information automatically when you use our Services. From your sign up and logins to Wooga games or other accounts operated by Wooga;
From gameplay or your other activities on our Service (for example the length of sessions, progress, and other game events);

What information do we collect?
The information that we collect depends on how you use and interact with Wooga. When you use our Services, we may collect and process information such as:
Your first and last name;
Your Wooga game username(s);
Your email address;
Your phone number;
Your Profile Photo (if you choose to provide one);
Biographic details that you provide to us such as your gender, birthday and/or age;
The approximate location you access our Services from;
Details about the device you access our Services from, such as your IP address, and device type;
Information you provide to help us confirm your identity and make sure it is you accessing your account;
Information you share directly with us such as in response to a survey or ticket submitted to our support team; and
Information collected via your gameplay, for example information about how often and when you play, participating in forums, interacting with other players, and inviting non-players to our Services.
We may also receive some information from third parties who share your information with us including:
Third parties (for example Facebook, Google, or Apple), who connect to our games for log-in services or sharing of your achievements, such as your ID number for the platform, your friends list, your first and last name, your profile picture and URL, your gender, birthday and/or age, email used to log-in to the third party service and any other information that you or the third party share with Wooga. Third party platforms with in-app purchasing services, (for example Apple and Google) to enable us to process your payment for purchases, for example what you have purchased, and when you purchased it. Third party platforms that provide us with payment services (for example Braintree, PayPal or Adyen) to enable us to process your payment for purchases, for example what you have purchased, and when you purchased it. In some instances, we may also receive additional information provided at the point of purchase. Third party cookie and advertising information about your device, browser, and/or activities, such as the type of device you are using, your device’s operating system and version, your browser type, referring and exit pages and URLs, the number of clicks on a page or feature, pages viewed and the order of those pages, the amount of time spent on particular pages. We might connect this information with other information we have about you, in particular with your social network ID and/or Wooga user ID.
We may receive your information if it is shared by your friends or family in order to invite you to our Services. Your friends and family are responsible for obtaining your permission before they share your information with us.
Wooga periodically operate in-person and/or online events or other activities ("Events"). These Events are exclusive and invite only. If you register and/or attend an Event organised by us, we may also collect information such as:
Photos and/or videos of you taken during the course of the Event;
Information about your attendance at the Event;
Information about the gameplay that you participate in at the Event;
Information you share with Account Managers and other Wooga members of staff; and
Other information required to facilitate the Event.
Why do we collect information? What do we do with it?
We collect information for various purposes including to create your account, facilitate and personalize your gameplay experience, enable in-game purchases, and provide technical support. We also collect information to allow you to connect and communicate with friends on our app, tailor advertising to your interests, and to operate, improve and optimize our Services, Events, and marketing activities. Below you can find further details on some of those purposes.
Wooga will only collect and use your information when the law allows us to. There are different lawful bases for us to collect and use information, depending on the laws that apply to you based on where you live and use Wooga Services from. The most common lawful bases that we rely on to collect and use information are where:
You have given us your consent;
It is necessary to fulfil our contractual obligations to you;
It is necessary for our or a third party's legitimate interest that is not overridden by your fundamental rights; or
It is necessary to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation.
Account Registration and Maintenance
We may use information to set up and register an account in our games or sign-in to create an account with different methods. We may also use information to manage your account, such as to enable us to secure your account, verify your identity and enable the functionality of your accounts with us.
Gameplay
We use information to enable us to optimize and provide our games to you. This includes using information about your gameplay to tailor the game to you. We also use your information in aggregate with other users who have similar backgrounds or gameplay. This is to ensure that all players are having an enjoyable and optimal experience.
We also use your information to track your progress so that we can provide you with rewards and incentives that are relevant and of interest to you and your gameplay.
Your account information (including social media integration and platform logins) is also used to maintain the security and cross-platform use of your gameplay.
In-Game Purchases
We use information about payments made (through our payment processors) to process your payment and credit your account with virtual items that you have purchased.
Customer Support and Account Management
We may use information to provide support to you directly, or to assist with more general support deployed across the Service such as bug fixes. If you provide us with information via a service ticket, our support team will use this to assist you.
We may also use information about your account to enhance your experience with Wooga, including allocating you an Account Manager. Account Managers may use information that you provide to assist with business management, including taking your feedback on Wooga games, new features, and your gameplay experience. They may also use this information to invite you to Events.
Social Features and Chat Functions
Some of our games have social features and chat functions. We may process information to enable these functions and enable you to connect with your family and friends. Some of the information we collect or process may be provided by third party platforms such as Facebook. Advertising
We may use information to assist with the integration of advertising with our games that have adverts. We may also share your information with third parties, such as our advertising partners to assist with the functionality and targeting of adverts. Events
Any information collected at our Events may be used to assist us with the planning of and improving future Events, our promotional activities, or your Account Manager's interactions with you.
Business Management
We may use information about you and your gameplay to assist with our business management and business planning. For example, this gives us indications of how users interact with our Service and how Wooga can develop and improve our games for our users and its marketing activities.
How We Share information
To provide you with our Services, we may share information about you between and among Wooga’s affiliated companies including our ultimate parent company, Playtika Holding Corp., and its subsidiaries or with our business partners for analytics, marketing, and other business purposes. Some information about you may also be accessed by other users on our Services, such as the information on your player profile.
